Two TRO's In a Row

While The Rudnicki Firm opened its doors in February 2017, our attorneys have been making waves in Oklahoma for long before that. This is the first in a series on past wins accomplished by the lawyers that now make up the The Rudnicki Firm team.

Leah Rudnicki leads team to achieve two TROs in a row in Trey case.

A lawsuit is pending in Cleveland County between Trey and Home Creations. In October 2014, the honorable Judge Balkman issued a TRO against Trey preventing them from commencing operations until city permits were obtained. Following this, The Rudnicki Firm attorney, Leah Rudnicki, took the lead. In May, Leah Rudnicki successfully obtained a TRO against Home Creations preventing them from building houses within 300 feet of a current well or within 50 feet of any existing flow lines.

On Friday, June 26, Leah Rudnicki sought and received another TRO (it was the 6th TRO hearing since October) preventing Home Creations from building houses near proposed drilling locations or creating any setbacks that would prevent approval from the City. This included preventing the drilling of water wells or remodeling an abandoned building as a mosque.
